Ownership and Risk

Ownership of Products remains with us until full payment has been received.

Delivery

We deliver throughout New Zealand using NZ-based courier services.

Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Typical delivery time is 2–10 working days, depending on product availability and location.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

Returned goods must:

• be authorised by our customer service team
• be returned within 14 days of dispatch
• be unused and in the original condition received

Shipping costs and third-party transaction fees may not be refundable.
