ToolTimeNZ Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through ToolTimeNZ ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Aahfoundit Solutions Limited, via www.tooltime.nz.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

We specialise in engineering, woodworking, mechanical, workshop and industrial products.

All product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing are provided in good faith. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions prior to accepting an order.

2. Orders

Orders are subject to product availability.

An order is not accepted until payment has been received and the order has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where pricing, stock or product information is incorrect.

3. Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice.

Freight charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Ownership of goods remains with ToolTimeNZ until payment has been received in full.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from New Zealand using reputable courier services.

Estimated delivery is generally 2–7 working days, although rural and remote locations may take longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact ToolTimeNZ promptly so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier where appropriate.

6. Returns

If a product is faulty, damaged or does not comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, please contact us as soon as possible.

For change-of-mind purchases, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery provided:

prior approval has been obtained;
the item is unused;
the item is in its original packaging and condition.

Return freight for change-of-mind purchases is the customer's responsibility.

7. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided.

Warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear;
misuse;
accidental damage;
incorrect installation;
modification;
use outside the intended application.

8. Product Use & Safety

Many products sold by ToolTimeNZ are intended for professional or trade use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are:

suitable for their application;
correctly installed;
safely operated;
used in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, ToolTimeNZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the misuse, incorrect installation or improper operation of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.

10. Website Use

All website content, including text, images and logos, remains the property of ToolTimeNZ unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

We collect personal information only for the purpose of processing orders, providing customer service and improving our website.

Your information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and will not be sold to third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
